There could be a few reasons, but we got you...
1. There may be another discount already applied...sometimes our system adds them automatically and since there is only one code per order, you will have to "X" that one out and key-in the discount code you'd like to use.
2. Discount codes are not applicable to Sale items, Limited Deals, Buy-the-Case Bulk items, Gift Cards, or Shipping fees. These items are already deeply discounted...even without a discount! We aren't able to stack discounts on these items...and still keep the lights on, ha!
3. Some discounts have a minimum order value before it can be applied. Order value = the subtotal of all the merchandise on your order, excluding shipping/sales tax.
