What are the drop-shipping fees?

There is no fee for drop-shipped orders when you place your order directly on DeniseAlbrightWholesale.com.  If you submit your order in other ways, e.g. via spreadsheet, there is a drop-ship processing fee of $2 per order + $0.15 per item.
