How long is a Live Event Takeover?
Each Live Event runs for about an hour. If your group is highly engaged, asking questions, etc., it may run a bit longer. -
How do I book a Live Event Takeover?
Booking a Live Takeover is easy! Use the link on the “Let’s Go Live” page to select the day/time that works for you. -
How far out should I/could I book?
Ideally, Live Takeovers should be booked a minimum of 4-5 days prior to the event. This gives us time to create promotional assets so that you have enough time to promote your event. Dates book fast, so book early! -
What if my preferred date/time is not showing on the booking calendar?
It’s possible the time slot is already booked, a date could be pending based on Denise’s schedule or we haven’t released those dates, yet. We typically release dates 4-6 weeks in advance. Email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. -
What is my role for this Live Event Takeover?
Pre-show: You’re the promoter. Using the assets and the swipe copy we provide, it’s up to you to get your fans & followers to watch the event. During the show: You’re the moderator with a mission to keep the group engaged by commenting. E.g. Thank people when they order, add your own Oooh... -
What live selling platforms do you support?
We have found the live events that are managed through CommentSold or SwitcherStudio have performed best. There are other platforms out there that we may not be familiar with, so we’d love to learn more. Email us with the name of the platform you use for your Live Events. -
If I book a Live Takeover Event, is there a minimum order value?
Peak season 2023 has begun! From 11/1/23 thru 1/31/24, events scheduled Mon - Fri (completed by 5pm ET Fri) will have a $500 order minimum. Will you provide marketing assets to help promote my Live Takeover Event?
Yes. We provide digital assets in assorted sizes, swipe copy for to copy/paste in a caption or eblast and and a product file to easily import into CommentSold or Shopify. -
Can I host a Live Event with your products?

Do you offer bulk-shipping directly to my store?
Yes! We can ship all of your Live Event orders directly to you. Pro Tip: Combine as many customer orders as possible to save on shipping costs. -

Can I keep your products on my site/app indefinitely?
Absolutely! You can keep our products on your site as long as you’d like! Inventory is subject to availability, so check back often to ensure we have inventory on-hand, especially for dated items. Can I use my own shipping account?
No. To offer the most efficient fulfillment and best rates, we cannot use third party billing. -
Can you invoice me for my order?
Yes! We can send you an invoice to submit payment prior to shipping your order. All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer net payment terms. -

Do you ship to military bases outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we can ship to any APO or FPO address. -
How long can I leave my event open?
You can leave your event open as long as you’d like! Inventory is subject to availability so check back often to ensure we have inventory on-hand, especially for dated items. Email us and include the product(s) you would like to continue selling. -
How long does it take to ship an order?
Once final payment is received, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, sometimes the same day! -
How long will my order take to arrive?
Transit times depend on your proximity from our fulfillment center in Lincolnton, NC 28092. Once your payment is finalized, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. -
How much is shipping & handling?
All shipments are rate-shopped across major carriers for best rates. Actual shipping costs + a handling fee will be added to your order. -
My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
If your order was damaged in transit, incorrect or missing items, please email us within (3) days of delivery. For fastest resolution, please include your Store Name and Order #. What are the drop-shipping fees?
There is no fee for drop-shipped orders when you place your order directly on DeniseAlbrightWholesale.com. If you submit your order in other ways, e.g. via spreadsheet, there is a drop-ship processing fee of $2 per order + $0.15 per item. -
What payment methods do you accept?
If you place your order directly on DeniseAlbrightWholesale.com, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx including ground and expedited services. All shipments are rate-shopped for best rates across all carriers. -
