It’s likely you haven’t granted the Class Keeper® app permission to access all photos. It’s an easy fix!
- Go to your device’s Settings, scroll down and tap the Class Keeper® app.
- Select Photos and make sure the All Photos option is selected.
Once this setting has been updated, open the Class Keeper® app and you should be able to add photos from your phone. If you still experience trouble accessing your photos, please contact support@denisealbright.com.
