If you purchased your membership directly through the App Store, here are the steps to follow to cancel your membership and request a refund:
1. Go to Apple Support.
2. Follow the directions from that link to request a refund. Apple manages purchases made directly through the App Store, so we are not able to process refunds on your behalf.
If you purchased your membership directly through the Google Play Store, here are the steps to follow to cancel your membership and request a refund:
1. Log in to your Google Play Store account. Tap on your personal icon in the top right corner.
2. Tap Payments and Subscriptions.
2. Select "Class Keeper" and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Follow the directions from that link to request a refund. Google manages purchases made directly through the Google Play Store, so we are not able to process refunds on your behalf.
