There could be a few reasons why:
- It may take a few minutes for the system to update.
- For purchases, there is a 48-72 hour pending period post-purchase before your points are available.
- If you were not logged in prior to completing an action, your points do not know where to go! So be sure to log in with every visit. Pssst...you get points when you pay us a weekly visit!
