• Can I combine Giveaway packages?

  Each Giveaway event is limited to one package. You can pre-order multiple packages at one time and schedule each Giveaway individually.

• Can I promote my Giveaway outside the US?

  You sure can! The only requirement is the winner must have a shipping address in the 48 contiguous states.

• Can I run multiple Giveaways at the same time?

  You may pre-order multiple Giveaway Packages at one time, but only one Giveaway can run at a time. You may choose up to 10 winners for each Giveaway.

• Can I swap an item in a Giveaway Package?

  We set-up each Giveaway Package with the best of the best in each category. We reserve the right to substitute a product cover style within a prize package at any time, but no substitutions are allowed.

• Can I use a discount code to pre-order a Giveaway Package?

  Giveaway Packages are deeply discounted from our regular retail pricing. No additional discounts can be applied to your order. Giveaway Packages are not eligible to earn affiliate commissions.

• Can I use my affiliate link to pre-order a Giveaway Package?

  Giveaway Packages are deeply discounted from our regular retail pricing so they are not eligible to earn affiliate commissions.

• Entrants aren't seeing their post-entry action points?

  For each post-entry action, entrants will see a green checkmark once the action is complete. They will get credit for actions taken directly from the giveaway page only. Following social links from your page or ours will not credit point to their entry.

• How many winners can I have in each Giveaway?

  Each Giveaway may have up to 10 winners. Each winner receives the entire prize package. Packages cannot be split among multiple winners.

• What assets will I get to promote my Giveaway Event?

• What happens if the winner does not receive their prize?

  Once the winner(s) is selected, we will request their shipping address and ship their package within 2 business days. We are not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to shipping address errors made by the winner when redeeming their prize.

  A complete list of entrants will be provided within (2) business days after your Giveaway ends.

• When will I receive my Giveaway assets?

  We will deliver your Giveaway assets within 7-10 business days from your request submission and Giveaway Package pre-order is submitted. In a hurry? Choose from 2 or 4 business day RUSH service when you pre-order your Giveaway Package.

• Who pays for the shipping cost for the prize package?

  All prizes are shipped with FREE standard ground delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Additional fees may apply for shipping outside the continental US. Sorry, international shipping is not available.

• Who selects the Giveaway winner(s)?

  Winners are selected at random through the Viral Sweep program.
