My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what do I do?

If your order was damaged in transit, incorrect or missing items, please email us within (3) days of delivery. For fastest resolution, please include your Store Name and Order #. Please indicate if you prefer a replacement shipment or a store credit for your next order.

Replacement shipments resulting from our fulfillment errors will be shipped within (2) business days at no cost to you using standard ground shipping service. We cannot be responsible for errors made by the buyer.

For damaged orders, please include photos of the shipping box, label and the damaged merchandise. Email us for assistance.
